After Pheonix

Gordon finishes 10th at pheonix, and is down from the leader (Jimmy Johnson) by 86 points. Jeff Gordon admits after the race that it is over for him and his team for the year. He commented that the only way he can pull off the championship is if jimmy Johnson was to wreck or have a really bad race. He also said that he would take that win, but it wouldn't be because he was the better driver. I would agree with him on that Jimmy Johnson has had a great year!! I am still holding on to the hope that Gordon will still somehow manage to pull it off. Sunday will be the big decider, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!!
